This would be an outfit that would look like a white or blue shirt with a pair of black pants. In actuality, It is all made of the same fabric and sewn together as a coverall with a single zipper. The "tie" would be sewn flat on one side in order to work as a flap to cover the zipper of the coveralls, and it would fold under the collar at the top of the neck and snap closed. It would have belt loops so that you can add a belt to further cover the sewn together aspect.
In order to remove the usually baggy backside, you'd have spandex in the material to give it more give. The reason for the difference from most coveralls is that in a heavier work environment the spandex mix just wouldn't hold up to the abuse, but in an office environment it works fine.
This could actually be for anyone who works in an office and is sick of the their shirt becoming untucked or the tie flopping in the way. It's also much easier to put on for those late night service calls that require you to show up in a business attire.
